What materials are the homeware products made of?
Mainly ceramic, however, it depends on what item you are looking for.
Are the homeware products dishwasher safe?
Yes, most are dishwasher safe, but please read the care instructions on the box.
Are the reusable water bottles BPA-free?
Yes, they are all BPA-free.:
What is the capacity of the reusable water bottles?
They come in a few sizes, 260ml, 500ml, 750ml, and 1L.
How do I properly clean and maintain the homeware products?
Mainly with just soapy water.
Do you offer any warranties or guarantees on your products?
Most of the products have a year guarantee with the brand, so please contact us if you have any manufacturing issues. This does not include any wear and tears or breakages.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most online card payments.
Do you offer international shipping?
At the moment, this is not something we currently offer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the UAE is 1 or 2 business days depending on the time of your order. If before 12 pm, then it could be next day delivery.
What is your return policy?
You are able to return after 30 days if you are not happy with the product. However, it has to be in sellable conditions, and the customer needs to pay for the postage to return it back to our warehouse.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions on your products?
If you sign up for our newsletter, then you can be in the know of any promotions we do.
Can I personalize or customize the homeware products?
At the moment, no, but it is something we are looking into.
Are the homeware products made sustainably or ethical?
Yes, they are.
How do I choose the right size or type of homeware product for my needs?
Please use our search button and search for what you are looking for, and our website will give you suggestions. Or follow our Instagram to get inspiration.
Do you offer any gift wrapping or packaging options?
No, at the moment, however, if you put a request in your order, we can see what we can do.
Can I track my order during shipping
Yes, there will be tracking.
Do you offer any installation or assembly services for the homeware products?
No, we do not as none of our items need assembling.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched, however, please contact us if you want to make a change.
Do you have any physical stores or showrooms where I can see the products in person?
No, not at the moment, however, you can see most of our products in shops like Virgin megastores, Bloomingdales, or Galleries Lafayette.
Are the homeware products suitable for outdoor use?
Yes, most of them are, but do not leave them overnight.
How do I know if the homeware products are compatible with my existing decor or furniture?
It all depends on your needs and taste; however, most of our products suit most decors.
Can I purchase gift cards or certificates for your products?
We do not currently offer gift cards or certificates, but we do offer promotions throughout the year.
Are the reusable water bottles suitable for hot or cold beverages?
Yes, our reusable water bottles can keep both hot and cold beverages. They can keep hot beverages warm for up to 12 hours and cold beverages chilled for up to 24 hours.
Do you offer any eco-friendly or sustainable packaging options?
Yes, we are committed to sustainability and use only recyclable materials for our product packaging. Our product boxes are made of cardboard and are recyclable. However, the outer sleeve is made of plastic as that is what our courier uses to deliver the items.
