Most of the products have a year guarantee with the brand, so please contact us if you have any manufacturing issues. This does not include any wear and tears or breakages.

At the moment, this is not something we currently offer.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the UAE is 1 or 2 business days depending on the time of your order. If before 12 pm, then it could be next day delivery.
What is your return policy?
You are able to return after 30 days if you are not happy with the product. However, it has to be in sellable conditions, and the customer needs to pay for the postage to return it back to our warehouse.
