Initials & Names
We offer extra personalization options, including name engraving, for an additional charge. If the stock is available we have no minimum order requirements
Delivery & Production
Delivery is complimentary when the shipping and billing countries match. If the billing country is different from the delivery country, a separate delivery quote will be provided by one of our sales agents. Our standard lead time is 2 weeks, starting from the receipt of pro-forma payment and final proof approval, although this may vary based on order quantity.
Pricing
Is determined by the size and style of the design, but can be the bottle price plus 15AED per item, with discounts for larger volumes available.
Logo Requirements
Your artwork will be placed on the side opposite the Chilly’s logo. Please ensure that your design is a single solid color without gradients. Submit your files as black vector graphics in AI or EPS format, version 8, if you don't have these available please contact one of our team who will be able to assist you.
